Stadium foodservice operators partner with local chefs

Aramark tapped local food truck chef and restaurateur Chris Hodgson to develop the Buffalo Gobbler at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland, home of the Browns. It’s a turkey dog with buffalo aïoli, blue cheese, crispy potato straws and jalapeño slaw.

In recent years on-site foodservice operators such as Aramark, Centerplate and Delaware North have developed relationships with local chefs and purveyors to create menu items that reflect the area’s cultures and tastes as well as the personalities and heritage of the teams the fans have come out to support.
